With a hat-trick against Barcelona, striker Karim Benzema not only helped Real Madrid secure their spot in the Copa del Rey final but also replicated the 60-year-old feat of legend Puskas.

Benzema is the second Real Madrid player to score a hat-trick in a match against their arch-rivals. The first one to achieve this on the Nou Camp stadium for the "White Swan" was legend Ferenc Puskas 60 years ago (in the 1963 season).
The French forward is also the first Real Madrid player to score a hat-trick in El Clasico since 1995. The closest to achieving this since then was Ivan Zamorano.
